Join us at Il Liberty for a dazzling tasting dining experience “Around the World with Taste” in an evening that kicks off at 8pm serving a welcome cocktail.
The chef Andrea Provenzani will present the mood of the evening and introduce a 6-course tasting menu that embraces origins and traditions and combines the flavors of iconic Italian cities with other iconic cities around the world. The Chef uses a modern and creative serving style encouraging guests to live a true sensory experience and eat dishes, not just in a traditional way but also with hands, spoon, chopsticks etc.
Cocktails, beverages and wine pairings have been designed to match each dish of the menu by the Chef and the Master Ambassador of Zacapa and Vermouth Belsazar to magnify the menu flavours and the guest’s taste experience.

After 20 years of profession, Andrea Provenzani’s cuisine is not just a job and neither only a passion: for him, but an absolute lifestyle.
