Join us at L’Alchimia for a one-time opening of the wine cellar to enjoy an aperitif with special wines and an exclusive 5-course chef's menu created for the occasion

 

Your evening will kick off at 8pm, but before taking your seat in the restaurant, guests will be escorted in small groups to the restaurant’s wine cellar. Surrounded by more than 600 sought after wine labels, enjoy a glass of Franciacorta wine, listening to the wine producer and sommelier anecdotes. Alberto, Davide and Valerio, respective owner, chef and restaurant manager, have created the perfect energy between the kitchen and dining room to make this occasion special, presenting a carefully studied bespoke menu including a one-off occasion to try “La Carbonara Total Black e Caviale - Vestita di Nero”, a dish that is always in the chef’s heart but never on the menu.  The evening offers the very best in seasonal ingredients and the opportunity to get lost in an explosion of flavours starting from the appetizers to the final tasting of fine chocolates and reserve rum digestive.  

 

Wine pairings from prestigious labels (Azienda Agricola Gillardi and Lungarotti) and cocktails have been designed to match each dish of the menu by the Chef and the Master Ambassador of Zacapa and Vermouth Belsazar to magnify the menu flavours and the guest’s taste experience.

A MODERN ROOM, WITH A RETRO CHARM AND A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE, EVERYTHING TO DISCOVER

L’ Alchimia Restaurant & Lounge in Milan opens an elegantly renovated restaurant, located on a historic site of an old notorious wine shop in Viale Premuda 34, Milan. Alberto Tasinato, who until a few months ago was F&B Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Milan, decides to take on a new project, this time as restaurant owner. At his side, as partners, Patrizia Riccardi, the owner of the building, Samuele Serra, president of the Milano Restaurant Group, and Edoardo Veronoli, the architect of the space. Alberto, in his key role wanted two exceptional “pure” talents with him: in the kitchen the Roman chef Davide Puleio, and as director and manager of the bar he chose Valerio Trentani, a colleague from the Mandarin Oriental. Alberto and his associates wanted a place that was different from a bistro and the other gourmet restaurants on the Milanese scene. The restaurant vibe is immediately welcoming, the cuisine is familiar, intriguing and distinctive, the service is always attentive to the very last detail and the environment is relaxed, easy-going and family friendly.
