Taverna Gourmet was born from an idea by Davide Iannaco, owner of the restaurant, with a passion for pizza crowned with the opening, at the age of 18, with his father Antonio of the historic Taverna di Via Anzani.

La Taverna Gourmet pizza starts from the cornerstones of the Neapolitan pizzaiola culture: slow leavening dough and the use of sourdough, to then join dishes worthy of the cuisine of a large restaurant. Two culinary universes that meet and unite to give life to a concept of pizza elevated to maximum power. Davide's experience, the creativity of chef Leonardo Giannico and the mastery of the pizza maker Vincenzo Masi thus create a unique and original product where the pizza and the ingredients that complete it serve each other, in a relationship of equality.
