AL TAVOLO CONVIVIALE DI FARM 65

Taste of Farm 65 will kick off with a Cocktail Masterclass with Diageo Master Ambassador, Andrea Gasparri. The guests, alongside Andrea will prepare their own Tanqueray N°10 gin and tonic cocktail, giving it their very own personal touch using a touch of fresh herbs and condiments. Guests will relax and sip their cocktails in the beautiful master-chef kitchen where, with the help of chef Giacomo Salmoiraghi, they will turn their hand at preparing the appetizers. The evening's menu features buffalo cheese as the main ingredient, from the Quattro Portoni farm, and the owner will share the peculiarities of this cheese and its variety. The 6 course dinner will be served in the cozy loft area, at a large “social table” where guests will sip wine and taste spectacular dishes with the evening’s main protagonist, buffalo cheese in all its forms; starting from ricotta, moving onto Moringhello and to the intensity of the buffalo blue.

An explosion of taste, flavours, aromas and creative combinations for this unique Tuesday dinner.
